Santa at at Shakespeare’s Schoolroom & Guildhall 2023
An enchanting Christmas experience is arriving at Shakespeare’s Schoolroom & Guildhall in Stratford-upon-Avon. Taking place on Friday 22, Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 December you can join Santa, his elves and some very special friends for a magical history tour that has been created for all ages to enjoy. Full of Christmas sparkle you’ll delight in story-telling, puzzles, crafts and games and the chance to meet Santa himself.
The 600 year old Tudor building is the charming backdrop for some festive fun, which a puzzle trail will lead you around with riddles to solve, Christmas tales to treasure and elf encounters to entertain. And in a story twist, you’ll even get to meet Mr Charles Dickens and take part in a gameshow extravaganza that’s aptly titled What the Dickens?!, in which you and your group of family or friends get to pit your wits and skills together.
Santa himself will be popping down the chimney of the Master’s Chamber, where he’ll be in residence before heading back to the North Pole. In a picture perfect scene, Santa will be seated by the huge stone fireplace next to the Christmas tree. Children will be able to share their Christmas wishes with Santa, which will be added to the Magic Wish Tree, and he will present them with a small token gift to take home.
