Dunham Massey Ice Cream Farm Pumpkin Picking For This Year

There’s a fresh look to the patch this year, with pumpkins grown among rows of sunflowers for a welcome splash of extra colour, and grass paths laid between the rows to keep things noticeably less muddy underfoot than your typical field.

Photo opportunities have had an upgrade, with a tractor and hay bale sofa among the new props on offer, while a spooky scavenger hunt adds an extra layer of autumn fun for younger visitors. Hungry pickers are well catered for too, with additional food trucks serving pizza and burgers alongside the farm’s usual ice cream parlour.

Pumpkin Picking For 2026 At Bellis Brothers Farm Shop and Garden Centre, Wrexham

Bellis Brothers’ Pick Your Own Pumpkins and Spooky Maize Maze will return for the 2026 season, with the family-run farm inviting visitors back after another popular October. Guests can pick their own pumpkin straight from the patch and hunt for hidden surprises in the Spooky Maize Maze, a firm favourite for an autumn day out with all the family. Opening hours and ticket booking details are set to be released closer to the time.

Kenyon Hall Farm Pumpkin Festival 2026

Winwick Lane Croft, Warrington

There’s plenty to look forward to this year, with thousands of home-grown pumpkins waiting to be picked and picture-perfect photo spots dotted throughout. New interactive surprises have been added for 2026, alongside all the usual seasonal treats, pumpkin spice lattes included. Entry is just £3.95 per person, with babies going free. Bates Farm Pumpkin Patch

With over 50,000 pumpkins across every colour, variety and size, ready to be picked from either the 7-acre patch or the undercover barn. Beyond the picking, visitors can meet the farm animals, pigs, sheep, calves and donkeys.

Meet the farmers, and make the most of a food court serving coffee and cinnamon buns, sweet-treat crepes, wood-fired pizzas and Greek gyros and fries.

The Pumpkin Patch, Hightown (nr Formby)

The Pumpkin Patch Hightown opens for 2026 on 1st October, running daily through to 31st October, 9am–6pm. No booking needed, free entry, cash and card accepted.

Expect a great variety of orange, white, warty and grey pumpkins alongside squashes and gourds, all grown on site and fully edible. There are refreshments, an ice cream van, a picnic area, and an artisan market tent on weekends. Dogs are welcome on short leads (please clean up after them), with free off-road parking and toilets on site.

Wear appropriate footwear, as the fields can be uneven.

With acres of homegrown pumpkins across six varieties, a free pumpkin included for every paying child, and entry covering full access to the farm’s indoor and outdoor play areas and animals.
