Its Official Switzerland Is The Healthiest European Country To Live

Ski Vertigo analysed all 50 European countries to curate a list of the lowest BMI hotspots. They used this information to calculate the weight loss impact on the average female and male if they were to reach the average BMI of the listed countries.

“The impact of environment and lifestyle on our physical health cannot be overstated. While this study highlights the potential weight benefits of relocating to certain European regions, it also reminds us of the diverse activities these regions offer. For instance, Switzerland and Austria are renowned not just for their lower BMIs, but also for their vibrant skiing culture. Engaging in such physical activities, like skiing or snowboarding, naturally promotes good health.

It’s fascinating to consider how the lifestyle choices and activities inherent to these regions likely contribute to their overall health statistics.”
