Late last year some of our regular Mini Travellers spent a day on an Original Tour bus tour around London and they had a fabulous day. You can read their write up here. It was a bright November day for them, however should you take an open top bus tour in Winter?

Certainly it will be colder, but it will also be quieter, you might get to take in the Christmas lights too if you time it right, and it will be cheaper.

We went on an open tour bus at night in London in August and it was absolutely freezing. So yes I think in Winter you will be more geared up and wear coats, gloves and hats x

I had no idea you could get these discounted. We did an open top bus tour in San Francisco one winter and it was one of the best experiences of my life xXx

I would most definitely take an open top bus tour in winter - so long as I had my hat and scarf I'd be grand.
