You don’t have to spend extra money on food when you cruise with Royal Caribbean. Oasis of the Seas offers a huge variety of complimentary dining venues to suit every taste, from casual snacks to full sit-down meals. You can enjoy international dishes in the Main Dining Room, buffet spreads at Windjammer Marketplace, grab lighter options at Park Café, or pick up quick bites throughout the day and night. Whether you’re travelling as a family, as a couple, or with friends, there is always somewhere included in your cruise fare where you can find something delicious.
However, Oasis of the Seas is also one of the best ships at sea for speciality dining. If you do decide to spend a little extra, there is an impressive collection of restaurants offering everything from fine dining and interactive experiences to relaxed BBQ, sushi, and classic American diners. We were lucky enough to try a wide range of speciality venues during our sailing, and they really added another layer to our cruise. From elegant meals and perfectly cooked steaks to fun, high-energy dining and casual comfort food, there is something for every mood and occasion.

Restaurants On Oasis Of The Seas: An Ultimate Dining Guide For 2026
Feast for Free: Delicious Free Dining on Oasis of the Seas
One thing is for sure, you will never go hungry, you can eat for free on Oasis of the Seas in so many locations. Head to Boardwalk Dog House for gourmet hot dogs or Sorrento’s Pizza for fresh slices. Poolside, El Loco Fresh serves Mexican favourites, while Café Promenade is perfect for coffee and pastries any time. Health-conscious choices include Solarium Bistro and Vitality Café, and suite guests enjoy the exclusive Coastal Kitchen for Mediterranean-inspired meals.
Main Dining Room
The Main Dining Room is the largest restaurant onboard, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Its menu changes daily, offering a variety of dishes, including appetisers, entrees, and desserts. Expect a mix of international options alongside American favourites, such as prime rib, pasta, seafood, and vegetarian choices. Dining here can be either traditional (same time, same table) or flexible (My Time Dining), so you can choose the schedule that works for you.

Windjammer Buffet
This buffet-style dining spot is great for quick and varied meals. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; the Windjammer Marketplace offers everything from omelettes, pastries, and fruit in the morning to carved meats, pasta, global specialities, and themed nights at dinner. You can find plenty of options here, and the atmosphere is casual and family-friendly.
Park Café
Located in Central Park, this casual and charming café serves light meals throughout the day. Make sure you try Park Café’s signature item, the “Kummelweck” roast beef sandwich, a guest favourite, omg it’s amazing, we love it. But you can also grab made-to-order salads, soups, and paninis. For breakfast, they offer bagels, pastries, fruit pots and yoghurts, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying start to your day.
Plus, there is a good selection of cookies and cakes all day long, plus if, like me, you prefer a healthy snack, there are always fruit pots. The Park Cafe also has a coffee bar for paid speciality coffees, plus there are tea and coffee urns for free tea and coffee.

Eat For Free On Oasis of the Seas At The Boardwalk Dog House
Found on the Boardwalk neighbourhood, the Boardwalk Dog House offers an assortment of gourmet hot dogs and sausages. You can choose from traditional beef hot dogs, bratwursts, and smoked sausages with your choice of toppings, like sauerkraut, onions, and mustard. It’s perfect for a quick, savoury snack or lunch option, and I have to say they taste amazing.
Sorrento’s Pizza
Located on the Royal Promenade, Sorrento’s serves fresh, complimentary pizza slices throughout the day and evening. You’ll find classic options like cheese, pepperoni, and daily special toppings. It’s an easy go-to for something warm and filling, and they’ll even bake custom pizzas if you ask. When our boys were little, it was the perfect spot for a family midnight snack before bed, I know, not the healthiest but a fun holiday treat.

El Loco Fresh
This vibrant, poolside eatery brings Mexican flavours with a fun, casual twist. The menu includes customisable tacos, burritos, and nachos, with options for beef, chicken, and beans. Salsa, guacamole, and jalapeños are free to add, making it a flavourful option for lunch or a midday snack. El Loco Fresh is always busy, and the food is quick and tasty.
Café Promenade
Café Promenade on the Royal Promenade serves snacks, small sandwiches, pastries, and coffee. It’s ideal for a light bite at any time, especially late-night cravings. You can grab items like fruit pots, croissants, cookies, and finger sandwiches, and they also offer some breakfast items like muffins and bagels in the morning. It has a paid coffee bar plus a free tea and coffee station, which is always open to grab a drink.
Solarium Bistro
Found within the Solarium, this bistro offers lighter, health-conscious fare. For breakfast and lunch, you’ll find fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, and salads, while dinner may feature grilled fish, lean meats, and vegetarian options. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, as it’s located in the adults-only Solarium area (guests 18+), making it a peaceful retreat.

Vitality Café
Situated in the Vitality Spa, the Vitality Café offers smoothies, fresh fruit, and wraps. It’s a popular stop for health-conscious guests and fitness fans looking to grab a protein smoothie or a fresh juice after a workout. The café also offers light snacks like veggie sticks, yoghurt parfaits, and whole fruits.
Coastal Kitchen (Suites guests only)
We were sailing in a suite, which gave us access to Coastal Kitchen, and we absolutely loved it. The smaller dining room makes such a difference, creating a calmer, more exclusive atmosphere with a much more personal level of service. Every meal we had here was excellent, and the quality was consistently high. For us, Coastal Kitchen alone made the suite upgrade feel worth it.

While you can eat very well without spending anything extra, the speciality dining options really do add another level to the cruise experience. From fine dining and perfectly cooked steaks to fun, interactive meals and relaxed comfort food, there is something to suit every taste and every type of evening. During our sailing, we tried a wide range of speciality venues and loved the balance between free and speciality dining.

Chops Grille – £££
Chops Grille is a Royal Caribbean classic and a go-to choice for steak lovers. The food was excellent, and our steaks were full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Everything we ate was delicious, and it’s easy to see why Chops is so popular. For us, the only downside was that the restaurant felt very busy and noisy, which detracted from the overall experience. We loved the food, but it didn’t feel as relaxed or special as some of the other speciality restaurants onboard.

Giovanni’s Table – £££
Giovanni’s really impressed us. The food was excellent; the steak, in particular, stood out, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The atmosphere felt calmer and more enjoyable, making it a lovely place to slow down and enjoy your meal. Everything was well-paced, and the staff genuinely made the experience feel special. This was one of those meals that exceeded our expectations.

Izumi Sushi – ££
For something a little calmer, Izumi Sushi is a great option. The atmosphere is modern and relaxed, and the food is beautifully presented. The sushi was fresh and full of flavour, and it made a nice change from some of the heavier dining options onboard. It’s a lovely choice for a lighter meal, lunch, or a quieter evening.
Izumi Hibachi – £££
Izumi Hibachi was easily one of the most fun dining experiences we had on Oasis of the Seas. The chefs were fantastic entertainers, turning dinner into a full experience rather than just a meal. We chose steak and scallops, and both were incredible, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. It’s lively, interactive, and perfect for a night when you want great food and entertainment rolled into one.

150 Central Park, For Upscale Dining on Oasis of the Seas – ££££
If you’re looking for refined dining, 150 Central Park is outstanding. The setting is calm and elegant, the service was exceptional, and the food felt truly high-end. We chose the surf and turf, and the steak was cooked to absolute perfection, and the bread, I have never eaten such delicious bread. Every course was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. This was one of our favourite dining experiences on the entire ship, and it was perfect for a special night.
Chef’s Table – ££££
Chef’s Table is a very different kind of specialty dining and ideal if you enjoy a more intimate, foodie-style experience. This is a small-group, multi-course tasting menu with beautiful presentation and carefully paired wines. The service is extremely personal, and the whole evening feels very special from start to finish. It’s perfect for a celebration or for anyone who wants a truly elevated dining experience at sea.
Portside BBQ – ££
Portside BBQ offers a more casual, relaxed dining style. It’s a canteen-style setup where you collect your food on a tray and then choose your seat, which makes it very easygoing and family-friendly. Despite the casual feel, the food was incredible, full of flavour and freshly cooked. It’s a brilliant option when you want something tasty without the formality of a sit-down restaurant.

Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade for Chilled Dining on Oasis of the Seas, ££
Playmakers is the perfect spot for a relaxed night. The atmosphere is fun and lively, especially if there’s sport on, and it’s a great place to just unwind. The food seriously impressed us, with some of the best burgers we’ve had at sea. It’s ideal for a casual evening when you want good food, table games and a great atmosphere, and something a little different.

Johnny Rockets – £
Johnny Rockets is always a popular choice and it’s easy to see why. It’s upbeat, fun, and great for a quick, casual bite. The burgers, fries, and shakes are classic American diner comfort food and a hit with both adults and kids. It’s a brilliant option for lunch, after a shore day, or when you just want something familiar and satisfying.

Dining on Oasis of the Seas Offers So Many Dining Options
Oasis of the Seas truly stands out when it comes to food. With so many complimentary dining venues, you can cruise without spending anything extra and still eat incredibly well.
If you do choose to add speciality dining to your trip, the quality, variety, and experiences available can really elevate your cruise, whether that’s an intimate fine dining evening, a lively hibachi show, or a relaxed burger night. Our advice is to enjoy the free options, then pick one or two speciality restaurants that match your cruising style and treat them as part of the experience.
