Wassenaarse Slag

If you ignore the name (either of its two English meanings) and visit Wassenaarse Slag you’ll find a beautiful unspoilt 8km long beach, with some fantastic restaurants. It’s also only 4km away from Duinrell Campsite meaning you can drive, cycle or even walk there easily.

You’ll also find SEA LIFE, where you can walk ‘under’ water, see sharks, beautiful fish and other water creatures. On De Pier, you’ll find a 45 meter high watchtower. You can also go bungee jumping or fly off the zipline!

In the summer you can even climb it if you like. In the summer you will find many cosy beach pavilions on the sandy beach. They are fun to end your day in at the beach with something nice to eat or drink.
