Will my kids enjoy the new £3m adventure park William’s Den?
If you take the kids to the new William’s Den you must remember to take them a change of clothes and a towel!
Whatever the weather, kids are drawn to the rainmaker shower in the indoor area like a moth to a flame and can’t help but get drenched!

The new £3m adventure park – which is designed to give kids an open space to climb trees, paddle, build dens and explore with their friends – opened in North Cave in early July.
And with sandpits, little rivers and water play there’s no way kids can escape a visit without getting wet and dirty!
I took my six and four-year-old children with my eight and ten-year-old niece and nephew to try it out.
We chose a hot day during the summer holidays and I must admit it was packed. It’s new so that’s to be expected. It started to ease off at about 4pm and I found it much better once it got quieter!
It’s best to book online because it’s reached capacity a few times and they do turn people away once it’s full.
Joanne submitted this great blog post about William’s Den. You can read more of Joanne’s post here. Joanne writes a wonderful blog called Jolly Family Outings, William’s Den.
