Whenever we travel I always take with us travel snacks in my hand luggage and suitcase so if we are leaving early, or if we arrive late somewhere, there’s always something to hand. The snacks to take on holiday aren’t always healthy but let’s be honest they are a good distraction on long car journeys, the plane, train or ferry, and good for an energy boost when you’re on the go.
When travelling you need travel snacks that won’t melt, go off or take too much of a beating in the suitcase. Our favourite travel snacks to take on holiday are popcorn, raisins, cereal bars but these same old things are getting a little boring now. So we asked our Mini Travellers community for some more ideas for travel snacks for kids and here’s what you came up with!
