I take a lot of photographs. I take more photographs than most people I know.  However no matter how many photos you take everyone I speak to seems to have a phone or a digital camera full of photos;  everyone ‘means’ to get round to printing them off and putting them in an album or making a photo book, but don’t quite find the time to actually do it. I’m no different to this, I just have more of them to do!

So when Ella of Ella’s Books got in touch and asked if I’d like a Bespoke Photo Book making I jumped at the chance and chose to have my photos from my trip to Greece in 2016 made into a Photo Book.

Ella organises your photo memories into a book without having the stress of doing it yourself! The book can be for one holiday or she can literally sort through years worth of holiday, travel and family photos and create a bespoke book.  You literally send her the photos off your computer/phone/dropbox/storage site and she will edit, design and print a bespoke photo book, making this as personal as you want! It’s as simple as that.

In my case I sent over a link to a storage site I use and Ella downloaded the photos from there. It took me 30 seconds.

Ella then designed the book and less than a week later sent over to me a draft of how the photos would look in the book.  I wasn’t keen on the style of one of the photos in the book, so Ella changed this immediately. I chose not to have text, notes or drawings in the book but you can do this, even including tickets or hotel reservations.  Ella will also touch up old photos if you want these to be included.

The book I received back was the ‘Robin Book’ (20x25cm) and would be priced at £140.  I’ve had good quality hardback photo books produced myself in the past and I know these can easily run to £75 and they take significantly longer to put together than 30 seconds!

£140 includes, editing and design, around 100 photos and 80 pages with hardback cover.

I absolutely adore the book that Ella put together and here are a few photos of it so you can admire it too!
